Corrected Form 11 - Notice of Assessment of Land and Structures.
Assessment data contained within some of the Form 11's that were mailed on July 6, 2012 was incorrect. Corrected Form 11's are being mailed today, July 13, 2012, to those taxpayers who received incorrect data in the original mailing.
Taxpayers whose assessments did not change and were correct on the original mailing will not receive a second Form 11, however the last date to appeal the assessment will now be August 27, 2012.
